Since 1982, Debra Frame has been living and loving her life in Lake County, California. Married with three children, she and her husband are elated with the arrival of their newest member of the family in January of 2015… their granddaughter! In her spare time, Debra loves being with her family, gardening in the summer, sewing for her new grandbaby and, occasionally, she and her husband will take to the highway on his motorcycle.
Shortly after graduating from college in 2004, she decided skin care was her passion. So off to college she went again. Upon graduating in 2005 from Lytle's Redwood Empire Beauty College in Santa Rosa (her birthplace), Debra proudly became a California State Licensed Esthetician.
Soon after passing the state board test in Esthetics, an opportunity came along to rent and remodel the suite where Butterfly Skin Essentials is today. With encouragement from friends, family and a great husband, she went for it and her clientele quickly began to grow. Credit goes to her loving and talented husband and father-in-law who turned the Butterfly space into a sweet and cozy place.
Originally trained in the Dermalogica product line, Debra has completed over 200 hours of post graduate training at The International Dermal Institute in San Francisco and Sacramento, between 2005 and 2014. Completed course studies ranged from speed waxing and treating acne to how to safely exfoliate the skin for beautiful results with the exciting BioActive Peel ~ a powerful new skin resurfacing system requiring certification.
Having a tremendous interest in homeopathic and pure essential oil remedies, Debra discovered the amazing attributes of doTERRA essential oils and their many uses... “The more natural it is the better, when it comes to dealing with the skin and the whole body,” she believes.
With expertise in age-defying facials, skin care and body waxing, Debra uses only the finest skin care products available on the market today. Because these are carefully prescribed, Debra and her clientele enjoying seeing and feeling the difference as skin care goals are reached.
Successful advertising has always been done through word-of-mouth and donating Gift Certificates to various Lake County fundraisers via raffle prizes and silent auction items. This helps Debra’s community to raise money for worthy charities and it gives her the opportunity to meet potential new clients.
